Program Name Presence Works SMS
Program Description By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Presence Works related to service onboarding, review requests, account updates, reminders, support communication, and occasional service announcements. Message frequency varies. Typical volume is 2 to 6 messages per month. During active onboarding or support periods, message frequency may increase temporarily.
Opt-Out Instructions You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the shortcode. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Presence Works.
Rejoining Instructions To rejoin, opt in again through a Presence Works web form or the same opt-in method previously used. Messages will resume after you opt back in.
